As a strategic leader, I bring together my professional intelligence and operational background with organizational psychology to address complex issues.

I am a transformational leader who values ethics and helps others achieve long-term goals. With my experience in intelligence, I understand multifaceted problems at the strategic level and use operational strategies to tackle the most difficult tasks. Additionally, I am the owner of 18 Series Design, where I shape organizational culture by building ethical leaders.

I see organizational psychology as akin to clinical psychology for individuals. I address workplace issues at both the individual and organizational levels to improve the well-being and performance of people and the organization.

With over 30 years of experience as a Command Sergeant Major in Special Forces, I have led organizations, fostered an ethical culture, and mentored soldiers for life. I hold a Ph.D. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Liberty University.
